Ndax, a leading Canadian fintech platform, seeks a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences. You will design interfaces, conduct user research, and create wireframes and prototypes aligned with user needs and business goals.

You'll collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure usability and engagement, maintain design systems, and advocate for accessibility across devices. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in fintech, SaaS, or tech.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe tools.
• Strong user-centered design and usability testing.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback.
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers for feasibility.
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design across devices.
