Must Haves:

• Proven content design expertise
• Experience with Ontario Public Service (OPS) design systems and tools like CXP
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of iterative product development (Discovery, Agile, Beta, Live)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clear, accessible digital content that meets user needs and aligns with OPS standards
• Write, edit, and publish content using plain language and content management systems
• Conduct content audits, usability testing, and content performance reviews using research and data
• Collaborate with UX and service designers in user interviews and prototyping
• Apply accessibility best practices and design with assistive technologies in mind
• Contribute to content strategy, lifecycle management, and content standards
• Prototype content through sketches, wireframes, and clickable formats in Figma
• Embrace collaborative, ego-free design processes and provide constructive feedback
