Job summary

IMDEX seeks a senior UX leader to define and drive the UX strategy at the product level across software offerings. You will partner with Product Managers, Developers and CX stakeholders to ensure user needs and business objectives guide product decisions, roadmaps and delivery.

You will own foundational UX assets such as personas, journeys and mental models, lead user research and usability testing, and mentor a growing team of UX and UI designers to raise the maturity of the practice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in UX/Product Design or related field.
• Experience developing foundational UX assets (personas, journeys, mental models).
• Experience leading user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the UX lead for the software product, embedding UX thinking early in planning and roadmaps.
• Lead and facilitate user research and usability testing to build an evidence base for decisions.
