Job summary

GlobalSoftwareconsultancy, based in Halifax, is seeking a Principal Delivery Manager to lead the delivery capability for the Digital Services sector. You will work closely with delivery managers to ensure successful, efficient delivery across multiple engagements and an account portfolio.

You will empower teams, develop leadership capabilities, and build strong client relationships while managing staffing, onboarding, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable success managing the delivery of technology-based projects using agile methodology.
• Experience in managing and leading project teams including line management responsibility.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and suppliers in a multi‑supplier environment.
