Job summary

AMC Consultants is seeking a Senior Mining Engineer to join our Underground teams in Canada or North America. You will deliver technical assignments under the guidance of a Project Manager and help manage AMC's risk while promoting our services.

You will leverage your experience and networks to market AMC's consulting capabilities and deliver chargeable work, while developing client relationships and leading project portfolios. This role offers growth in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering.
• At least 10 years of specialized mining experience.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical engineering assignments to agreed specifications and quality.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support AMC's brand and project portfolio.
• Generate and oversee an individual portfolio of consulting assignments through business development activities.
• Adhere to AMC's risk management, health, safety, and quality assurance policies.
• Ensure project documentation and client communications are current and accurate.
