Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems.
• Monitor and control all phases of development and provide user/operational support.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate processes, and provide evaluative judgement.
• Develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure system integrity.
• Consult with users and technology groups on issues and propose advanced programming solutions.
