You will work with engineering and senior leadership to align safety goals with business objectives, balancing risk and user trust across a global user base.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to define roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Strong judgment in trust, safety, and regulatory matters.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, development, and delivery of trust, safety, and compliance features for a large-scale AI consumer product.
• Define the product roadmap for AI moderation, age verification, and red-teaming systems.
• Translate safety requirements into practical features with measurable outcomes.
• Balance user safety, compliance, platform integrity, and product performance.
• Refine moderation thresholds and improve detection accuracy with human review workflows.
• Collaborate with CTO, Legal & Safety Lead, and Product Lead to align priorities.
