Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced leader to expand the Transportation Planning & Strategy team across Ontario. The role blends market strategy with staff development and includes acting as a senior advisor on multi-modal planning assignments.

The successful candidate will guide business development, client relationships, and project delivery while mentoring the staff and advancing Dillon’s employee-owned culture and market presence.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering or urban planning.
• 12+ years of progressive professional experience, preferably in consulting.
• Proven leadership, people management and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to grow the Integrated Mobility Discipline in Canada.
• Lead proposal development and statements of qualifications for major opportunities.
• Advise, lead and manage project teams on multi-modal transportation projects.
• Input to career development of junior staff and mentoring.
• Oversee stakeholder consultations and agency presentations.
