Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced leader to expand the Transportation Planning & Strategy team and act as a senior project leader on multi-modal planning assignments across Ontario and beyond.

The role emphasizes developing market strategy, guiding staff development, and delivering high-quality transportation planning services for public and private sector clients. Hybrid work across Ontario offices is offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive professional experience, preferably in consulting.
• Proven leadership, people management, and business development capabilities.
• Experience leading transportation planning systems, demand forecasting, policy studies or design.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to grow the Integrated Mobility Discipline in Canada.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on transportation planning projects and manage budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Guide staff development, mentoring, and technical direction.
• Lead proposal development and client engagement for major opportunities.
