The Client is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs, with a focus on both in-person and eLearning formats. This role is ideal for someone with strong instructional design skills and the ability to translate complex IT content into accessible learning experiences.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description

Must Haves:

· Proven experience delivering technical and IT-focused training

· Expertise in eLearning authoring, instructional design, and content development

Nice to Have:

· Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and MS Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and deliver role-based training materials for diverse user groups

· Lead interactive, engaging virtual sessions and apply effective facilitation techniques

· Interpret technical documentation and data to create clear, user-friendly training content

· Apply AODA accessibility standards in developing eLearning and written manuals

· Evaluate learning effectiveness through competency-based assessments and feedback
