Assignment Deliverables:
- Training Needs Assessment, Analysis and Planning
- Training Design, Development and Delivery
- Designing viable approaches to integrate self-paced and instructor-led training within the Training Sandbox environment
- Deliver system (e.g., feature) demos to business users
- Designing storyboards and developing digital training content from various sources including business processes, system test cases, workflows, etc.
Experience and Skillset Requirements:
Candidate Requirements: - The ability to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience in delivering technical training.
- eLearning authoring (instructional design and development)
Desired Skills and Experience: - Demonstrated experience delivering IT training
- Experience with designing and delivering training courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, MS Office Suite, and others
- Well-versed in facilitation techniques and approaches to distill technical information for non-technical business users
- Skilled at leading synchronous, interactive, and engaging virtual training sessions
- Ability to interpret data and technical documentation for training material design and development
- Ability to develop role-based training for various business users
- Extensive knowledge in learning measurement and evaluation, including administering competency-based assessments
- Familiar with AODA requirements for interactive e-learning and written manuals

- Extensive experience in delivering training that caters to diverse audiences
- Creating content in various formats to support training and change management
- Proficiency in creating versatile training content supporting effective training and change initiatives
Technical and Content Creation Skills:
- Proficiency with various authoring tools for engaging Dynamics-based training courses
- Expertise in storyboard design and digital content development from diverse sources
Communication and Facilitation Skills:
- Design content adhering to inclusive, plain language, user-centered principles
- Skilled in facilitation techniques to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience leading engaging virtual training sessions
Practical Experience and Application:
- Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O platforms in business settings
