Metrolinx in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to develop and deliver maintenance training for our bus fleet. You will design programs, assess learners, and mentor staff across garages, focusing on electrical, engine, brake, and HVAC systems.
This role requires a CZ license path, industry certifications, and travel between garages, with weekend/shift flexibility. The candidate should have strong instructional design skills, knowledge of adult learning, and proficiency

Our Bus Operations Support Services department is looking for a Technical Training specialist responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for maintenance personnel within the bus maintenance fleet. Our primary goal is the improvement of technical skills and competencies of our Bus Fleet Maintenance staff through skills assessments, hands on training programs and in-class settings to communicate effectively with our staff.
Location - Streetsville Garage (6190 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 1A7)
Note -This role requires travel between garages. Having a valid G license in good standing is required for this role. This role also requires the ability to support occasional shift work as well as weekend shifts.
