Job summary

Apexon seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive the integration of fintech capabilities within the Fiserv ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional delivery across product, engineering and partners, focusing on core banking platforms, APIs, data integrations, cloud technologies and regulatory compliance.

Required experience includes 8+ years delivering large programmes in banking, fintech or payments, with a track record of platform modernisation and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programmes.
• 5+ years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernisation, or acquisition integration programmes.
• Experience with cash management, digital assets and stablecoin.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery of complex fintech platform integrations.
• Coordinate between Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance and external banking partners.
• Oversee API-based integrations, cloud architectures, data reconciliation and security compliance.
