The Senior Third Party Market Conduct and Operations Specialist will perform operational tasks to enable onboarding, ensure accurate commission data, and serve as the main contact for MGAs/AGAs. They will be the subject matter expert on market conduct and operational processes, providing guidance and liaising with partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess Advisor suitability for contracting, review non-standard applicants, and coordinate approvals.
• Initiate license applications and communicate with regulators.
• Assess MGA/AGA applicants and provide market conduct opinions.
• Monitor and audit market conduct of Advisors and MGAs/AGAs.
• Prepare reports on monitoring and auditing outcomes.
• Analyze and resolve issues in commission payments.
• Manage communication with stakeholders via shared email.
• Handle escalated cases related to screening, monitoring, and commissions.
