Job summary

Symbiotic Digital, a division of Symbiotic Group Inc., seeks a QA Specialist for a Queen's Park project in Toronto, ON. You will plan, document, and execute testing across functional, performance, and security domains, collaborating with analysts and IT teams to ensure quality and readiness.

You will lead test design, perform UAT/PAT support, and report defects with clear remediation steps to stakeholders. Onsite delivery with multi-faceted interfaces and strict governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing test strategies, plans and cases.
• Experience delivering QA requirements in Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficient with test types: unit, functional, integration, UAT, PAT, load, security.
• Familiar with automated testing frameworks and defect management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Execute end-to-end functional, regression and performance tests.
• Perform vulnerability testing with IT teams as required.
• Document defects, retest fixes and report findings to stakeholders.
• Support UAT and PAT with business users and project teams.
• Prepare QA artifacts for architecture checkpoints and releases.
