Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Service Repair Technician to operate on-site at customer locations, diagnose equipment problems, install solutions, and train employees. You will identify issues, present repairs, and ensure work is logged and compliant.

You will develop repair proposals, monitor service metrics, and support restoration and abatement tasks, with training and career growth opportunities in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• WHMIS/TDG or forklift operations certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years mandatory service and repair experience.
• 3–5 years required customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for repair.
• Ensure service team completes activity log daily.
• Monitor and report monthly sales for service and repair department to management.
• Service and repair restoration, abatement, respiratory, and confined space equipment.
• Conducts in-house or on-site DOP testing.

A Day in The Life of a Senior Service Repair Technician

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred
