Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own documentation across product areas. You will shape how content is structured in the Support Center and collaborate on what content should exist as we grow the platform.

The role stays hands-on, continuously writing and editing while also shaping information architecture. You’ll partner with the Manager, Support Documentation, to ensure accurate, AI-ready content and effective governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years writing technical or support documentation for SaaS platforms.
• Experience restructuring knowledge bases, with a focus on scalability and findability.
• Translate complex product behavior into clear, concise documentation for multiple audiences.
• Comfort with AI-assisted authoring and auditing content quality.
• Proficiency with a modern CMS and metadata-driven content modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the content lifecycle for product areas from planning to retirement.
• Document complex platform behavior, integrations, identities, and permissions.
• Answer readers' questions and surface related capabilities to improve self-service.
• Use AI-assisted drafting, summarize, and audit content before publication.
