Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Technical Success Consultant to work with customers across locations including Calgary, Houston and Philadelphia. The role focuses on AVEVA Engineering and AVEVA Schematic knowledge, driving adoption, performance optimization, and successful upgrade planning.

You will guide customers through best practices, analyze readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value realization and renewal.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of how the primary technology is applied in the customer’s industry and expected outcomes.
• Excellent communication and empathetic guidance to customers and AVEVA.
• Active listening and ability to connect customer needs with AVEVA solutions.
• Comfortable with complex situations and best practices in deployment environments.
• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; five+ years in AVEVA support or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer technology stacks and governance policies to align AVEVA usage.
• Advise customers on best practices and potential adoption/upgrade improvements.
• Identify configuration or design issues and provide remediation plans.
• Tune AVEVA applications for performance and reliability.
• Assist with major version upgrades and new feature adoption.
• Deliver feature adoption guidance and license optimization recommendations.
• Support issue resolution to accelerate customer value realization.
