Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a SCADA Technical Lead to provide technical leadership on large-scale customer projects, spanning multi-year engagements. You will act as the lead software project engineer, coordinating requirements, design, and delivery across software and hardware domains.

Responsibilities include defining the project scope, planning, execution, and closeout, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Domestic and international travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 5+ years of industry experience.
• Significant experience with one or more of the following SCADA/MES packages: Enterprise SCADA, OASyS DNA, Vijeo/Citect SCADA, Ampla MES, ClearSCADA, WonderWare SCADA or WonderWare Historian.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, C#, and reporting services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead software project engineer in initiating, planning, executing and closing customer projects/programs.
• Define technical elements of the project’s statement of work with the customer.
• Act as technical contact for the project and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop project schedules, risk management and communication plans.
• Monitor project performance and manage updates, issues, and risks.
• Closeout projects with financial reconciliation and customer training.
