Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware, to help scale our team for world-class airports. You will source top hardware talent, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and build a strong candidate pipeline to support rapid growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and experience with fast-growing startups. Robotics/autonomy recruiting is a plus. This is a full-time role based at AeroVect's Toronto-area offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing technical hardware.
• Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting hardware talent.
• Bonus: recruiting in robotics and/or autonomy.
• Experience with ATS tools and startups.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware. In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class team as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports.

You will

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
• Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).

You Have

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical hardware talent
  • Bonus: Recruiting in robotics and/or autonomy
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
• Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
