Vision Talent, a division of Jarvis Consulting, seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with clients and consultants, nurturing relationships and fulfilling hiring needs. You will proactively source qualified candidates for contract and permanent roles, collaborating with our internal team to deliver actionable market insights and support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience from a staffing firm/agency.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a portfolio of prospects and maintaining rapport with candidates and consultants.
• Technical proficiency with ATS/CRM and AI.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions, focusing on high-volume, exclusive opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients, working with Vision Talent's internal team.
• Participate in client intake and calls to provide market intelligence and advice.

We are extremely busy and seeking a 'rock-star' Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team!

The Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for working directly with Vision Talent clients and consultants, focusing on nurturing professional relationships and fulfilling hiring needs.

In this role you will proactively seek and recruit qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions and build relationships with candidates and clients. You'll work with our internal high-performing team on the consulting side of the business and effectively build and manage relationships with both candidates and clients. You will participate in client intake and update calls, ensuring that we are providing actionable market intelligence and advice.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience from a staffing firm/agency (high-volume corporate recruitment may be considered);
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
• Experience managing a portfolio of prospects and maintaining excellent rapport with candidates and consultants;
• Technical proficiency in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM with strong proficiency in AI.
