Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to lead technical hiring in Toronto. You will own outreach, sourcing, and end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles, partnering with hiring managers to refine role requirements and keep the pipeline healthy.

You will leverage Greenhouse and Gem, plus AI-assisted tools, to track candidates, coordinate interviews, and improve outreach efficiency. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical recruiting and comfort building custom sourcing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for specialized technical roles.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research, outreach, and recruiting tools.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools such as Gem or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once and adapt to changing hiring priorities while maintaining organized workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows, with an interest in building new custom tools to improve sourcing, research, and candidate engagement.
