As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at CNN Digital, you will lead initiatives to enhance privacy tooling, performance, and efficiency within our Core Platforms and Architecture CMS teams. This role requires a strong technical background, including knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), content management systems (CMS), and platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Privacy Tooling & Compliance: Develop and implement privacy-focused tools, collaborate with legal and engineering teams, and conduct privacy risk assessments.
2. Performance Optimization: Lead performance improvement projects, define KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize platform performance.
3. Platform Operations: Improve release and deployment processes, automate integrations, and ensure security compliance.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate between engineering, product, legal, and security teams to deliver privacy and performance features.
5. Tooling and Automation: Create automation solutions for compliance, performance, and privacy monitoring, aligning with emerging technologies.
6. Leadership & Strategy: Influence technical strategy, mentor team members, and drive architectural improvements for scalability and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years in technical program management, with experience in platform infrastructure or CMS architecture.
• Knowledge of global data privacy laws and compliance solutions.
• Technical skills in CMS, performance monitoring, and privacy tooling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Background in software development or architecture, with experience in modern programming languages and databases.
