Job summary

HCLTech in Mississauga is seeking a .NET L2 Support professional to handle incidents, service requests, and change management in a dynamic support environment. You will work on maintenance projects and can progress to L3 responsibilities as needed.

The role requires strong communication with customers, solid .NET skills, and openness to cross-training in other technologies, with flexibility for shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with .NET stack including MVC and C# in support environments.
• Strong SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS knowledge for data handling and reporting.
• Exposure to front-end tools like React, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps/tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube and GitHub is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2/L3 incidents, service requests, and change management within Service-now portal.
• Participate in maintenance projects and provide reliable production support.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams; communicate effectively on issues.
• Be flexible with shifts and on-call weekends (allocated every 4–5 weeks).
• Cross-train in other technologies as project needs arise.

Job description

.Net L2 Support JD:

• * Good experience on .Net, MVC, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, etc.,
• * Nice to have exposure on React, Tableau, GCP, PCF, HTML5, JavaScrpt, jQuery, CSS3, Jenkins, SonarQube, Github, etc.,
• * Should be able to work on Service-now portal for incidents, service requests, change management, etc.,
• * Ready to work in maintenance projects & able to take on L2/L3 support role
• * Flexible to work in shifts
• * Able to work on weekend on-call schedules (allocated once in 4-5 weeks)
• * Should have good communication skills and able to work with the customers
• * Requires good technical knowledge and ready to take on additional responsibilities
• * Should be flexible enough for cross training in other technologies when there is a project need
