Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Canada seeks an experienced software leader to guide development teams and define technology directions. The role focuses on designing scalable systems, applying clean code and architecture, and leveraging Java, .NET and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement CI/CD, and ensure quality, performance and reliability while promoting best practices and modern design patterns. Hybrid work two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Demonstrate significant experience in technical leadership and coaching development teams.
• Master cloud computing environments and understand their impact on development practices.
• Apply continuous integration, delivery and deployment mechanisms.
• Use the principles of clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns.
• Have a thorough knowledge of VB.NET, C# .NET, Java 8 or later, Maven, and Git
• Leverage Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, SQL, and MapStruct in solution development
• Design REST application programming interfaces and SOAP services with Apache CXF
• Use Azure DevOps to support the planning, integration, and deployment of solutions
• Communicate effectively and popularize complex technical concepts to different audiences
• Demonstrate influence as well as excellent planning, coordination and priority management skills
