Job summary

Webuild is seeking a Technical Coordinator to coordinate engineering activities for bid prep and project development in Canada. You will oversee civil, railway, and MEP design, manage external consultants, and control tender documentation to ensure technical adequacy and compliance.

Fluent English and Italian are preferred, with a minimum 10 years in technical management on complex construction. The role involves BIM oversight, stakeholder coordination, and liaison with Clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as Technical Manager or similar in complex construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure projects including metro systems, railways and EPC.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all engineering activities to support bid preparation and project development.
• Oversee civil, railway, and MEP design activities and external consultants.
• Define scopes of work for external firms and manage interfaces with clients.
• Coordinate permitting, approvals, and documentation for tenders.
• Lead design reviews and document control; supervise BIM activities and clash detection.
• Interface with Clients, Concessionaires, and project stakeholders; support bidding.
