Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Ontario, Canada to support multidisciplinary coordination across infrastructure and transit projects. You will focus on Autodesk Forma/ACC workflows, model setup, clash detection and compliance with BIM standards and ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of BIM coordination or digital delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Forma/ACC, including Docs, Design Collaboration and Model Coordination.
• Experience with Navisworks for model federation, clash detection and reports.
• Experience coordinating Civil 3D and Revit models across disciplines.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD/LOI and ISO 19650 basics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a multidisciplinary BIM Coordinator supporting civil, buildings, infrastructure and rail/transit teams.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, design coordination sessions and model review workshops.
• Lead clash detection, model federation and visual design reviews using Navisworks and Forma.
• Assist BIM Managers and design teams with model management and coordination workflows.
• Support Autodesk Forma modules including Design Collaboration, Model Coordination and Issues.
• Coordinate Revit and Civil 3D models ensuring alignment with standards and geolocation.
• Review milestone deliverables for LOI/LOD and information completeness.
• Support issue tracking and resolution in ACC, Navisworks or other platforms.
• Develop and enforce modelling protocols, templates and quality control workflows.
• Communicate effectively with designers, engineers and project managers.
