Job summary

Cloud Chamber is seeking a Senior Technical Animator to develop UE5 animation systems for AAA titles. You will implement animation assets, blueprints and procedural systems across Montréal, Canada and Novato, United States, with remote eligibility to be confirmed.

You should have 5+ years of technical-animation experience and shipped AAA games, strong UE5 animation tools, knowledge of procedural animation, human anatomy, and Maya-to-engine workflows.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of technical-animation experience on AAA game titles.
• Strong UE5 animation tools and procedural animation knowledge.
• Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to character animation.

Responsibilities

• Implement animation assets, Animation Blueprints and procedural systems.
• Refine motion matching, locomotion, IK, cloth and secondary dynamics.
• Optimise runtime performance and Maya-to-engine workflows with artists and engineers.
