Job summary

DIVERTISSEMENT REFLECTOR LTÉE in Montreal is seeking an experienced animator programmer to join a five-person team and bring stylized environments and characters to life for a Bandai Namco franchise.

You will collaborate with animators and gameplay programmers to design, test, and integrate animation assets while shaping moves and skills for game characters. This hybrid role is based in Montreal with health coverage and time off starting from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in French language.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with animators, gameplay programmers, and other team members to create, test, and maintain animation systems smoothly.
• Design, and integrate animation assets for gameplay and characters.
• Participate in brainstorms about character moves and skills.
