Impact Recruitment partners with a well-established public accounting firm in Vancouver to hire a Senior Tax Manager – Canadian Tax. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys a mix of compliance, planning, advisory, client management and team leadership.

The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and senior leadership on complex Canadian tax matters for private and public company clients.

Qualifications

• CPA designation.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive Canadian tax experience in public practice.
• Completion of, or significant progress toward, the CPA In-Depth Tax Program preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate tax and Income Tax Act requirements.
• Experience reviewing complex tax files and providing technical guidance.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Previous leadership, coaching or staff review experience.
• Comfortable managing multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment.
