How are you going to have an impact:

Change Management

Lead change management initiatives related to talent programs, organizational restructuring, or cultural transformations.

Provide support and communication plans to mitigate disruption and foster adoption.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction, skill gaps) to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Prepare reports and present insights to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Member of CHRP Quebec association preferably.

8+ years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or related HR roles.

Strong knowledge of workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data analysis tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing talent in hybrid or remote work environments.
  • Familiarity with learning and development platforms and employee engagement software.

Lemay makes its employee development and well-being a priority. Part of that is offering the following advantages:

  • Flexible group insurance program (health and dental insurance);
