The Talent and Culture Business Partner acts as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning talent management strategies with business objectives to drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth. This role combines expertise in talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning to deliver impactful people solutions.
How are you going to have an impact:
Employee Development & Coaching
Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and leadership training.
Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and drive tailored development programs.
Performance Management
Support managers in executing performance review cycles, setting performance metrics, and fostering a feedback culture.
Address performance-related challenges and recommend action plans for improvement.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Analyze employee engagement data and recommend strategies to improve morale and reduce turnover.
Facilitate initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Change Management
Lead change management initiatives related to talent programs, organizational restructuring, or cultural transformations.
Provide support and communication plans to mitigate disruption and foster adoption.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction, skill gaps) to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Member of CHRP Quebec association preferably.
8+ years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or related HR roles.
Strong knowledge of workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data analysis tools and platforms.
