We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our internal and external operations. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of a highly motivated and technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and hire candidates that meet the qualifications for various positions within the organization; we focus only on engineering roles as we are an engineering firm.
• Screen applicants and sourced profiles over the phone/ Teams video chat.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various technical positions.
• Research various companies, websites, organizations, community groups that may have prospective candidates for name generation.
• Create and upload job postings on multiple job boards and company website.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels.
• Education and/or work experience from various engineering domains would be an asset (Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Capable of making fact-based, logical recommendations and decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
