Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Markham, Ontario

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and securing top talent for technical and senior leadership roles in North America, developing recruitment strategies, and partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate with hiring managers
• Use various sourcing methods
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Maintain candidate records
• Stay updated on industry trends
