Job summary

Novatech in Sainte-Julie, QC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire across Canada and the United States. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for plant operations and office roles, partnering with managers and HR business partners to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills, and a track record of strengthening employer branding.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying needs to final candidate selection.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for manufacturing and corporate roles.
• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing across multiple platforms and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate profiles and recommend top talent.
• Conduct interviews and support managers in decision-making.
• Serve as an employer brand ambassador and enhance Novatech’s visibility as an employer of choice.
• Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Maintain and optimize the ATS, ensure data quality and adopt best practices.
• Define and monitor KPIs, prepare dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of talent acquisition practices, tools, and processes.
• Stay informed on labour market trends and tailor strategies per region.
