Job summary

Interac Corp in Canada is seeking an AppOps, Senior Specialist to ensure resiliency and performance of critical applications and infrastructure. You will manage containerized workloads on AWS, across cloud and hybrid environments, and lead releases with strong focus on automation and reliability.

You will implement monitoring, logging, and auto-scaling, contribute to CI/CD, security, and incident response, and collaborate with agile teams across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC principles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and orchestration.
• Experience with end-to-end workload observability and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive service stability and automation initiatives with SLAs.
• Lead releases and parity across environments with rollback planning.
• Implement monitoring and auto-scaling; ensure 24/7 availability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and security/vulnerability remediation.
• Write technical docs and collaborate with Agile squads.
