The IM/IT Sr. Systems Analyst (SA) / Business Analyst (BA) reports to the Primary Care & Community Applications IMIT Manager. The role involves evaluating, designing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting information management and technology solutions across NSH, IWK, and external clients. A key responsibility is supporting Ocean eReferral, a digital platform enabling electronic referrals from primary care to specialists, improving efficiency and communication within healthcare.
This position collaborates with clinical and business stakeholders across the province and supports the organization’s strategy to rationalize systems and enhance interoperability. The role requires high performance standards, supporting IT applications aligned with NSH’s mission and goals, including activities like change request evaluation, troubleshooting, user communication, and configuration management, all within established policies and SLAs.
