Job summary

Maarut in Toronto, Canada, seeks a senior systems analyst to lead the analysis, design and delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics and data integration projects. You will guide SDLC activities, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure solutions align with business goals.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT, hands-on Dynamics AX/D365FO, DMF, Power Platform, and strong stakeholder skills. You will mentor analysts, optimize processes and ensure production support.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience as a systems analyst, functional consultant, or a similar system-focused role within IT.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM, including system configuration and support.
• Experience working with Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integrations within D365 environments.
• Experience using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions.
• Leads the analysis, development and documentation of design and architecture of systems solutions.
• Leads testing, integration and implementation of systems solutions into clients' applications across the SDLC.
• Guide feasibility studies and cost-effective analyses of proposed IT initiatives and ensure documentation.
• Provide coaching and direction to junior analysts throughout the project.
