Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in an Agile/SDLC environment.
• Proven experience of functional testing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans/cases from business requirements.
• Execute test plans and troubleshoot potential defects.
• Document and record bugs and errors discovered during testing.
