Salary range: $95,000 - $100,000 CAD

What you will be doing

• Execute and manage field survey tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection processes
• Set Set-Ups: take charge of setting up survey sites, establishing the necessary infrastructure for seamless survey operations
• Supervisor and mentor survey crews
• Direct work of the processor, providing guidance and oversight to ensure CAD tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Oversee As-Build documentation: compare design and proposed solutions
• Maintain accurate record of project developments
• Perform other duties as required

What we are looking for

• Degree/Diploma or Certification in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field is considered an asset
• License to operate drones is considered an asset
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in land surveying, with a focus on field operations
• Knowledge of and experience with construction drawings and survey calculations
• Understanding of surveying intricacies, allowing for the effective resolution of challenges
• Comprehensive knowledge of earthworks and underground utilities scope to ensure the alignment with project requirements
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and challenging field conditions
