Aon is seeking a Surety Account Executive for Edmonton on a 12-month contract. You’ll service an existing book, identify client needs, and develop innovative and cost-effective bonding solutions with underwriters. You’ll strengthen relationships with clients and the underwriting community.

Role involves bond issuance, renewals, and coordinating information exchanges to secure timely approvals. 3+ years in contract surety underwriting and construction sector experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of contract surety underwriting experience.
• Construction-specific experience in program or project context.
• Strong financial analysis skills evaluating contractor financial strength for bonding.
• Project experience with infrastructure and/or large projects.
• Proven track record of business development.
• ACSB, CIP, FCIP or CAIB desirable.

Aufgaben

• Deliver continuous excellence in servicing an existing book of clients.
• Identify client and prospect needs and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to position Aon as risk management advisor of choice.
• Maintain strong relationships with the underwriting community for client benefit.
• Manage daily bond issuance, modifications, renewals and cancellations; assist invoicing and collections.
• Lead client presentations and seminars on surety topics as required.
• Support lead generation, cross-selling, and revenue growth initiatives.
