Job summary

The role partners with Demand Planning, Fresh Supply Planning, Plant Scheduling, Operations, Sales and Marketing to optimize raw material utilization, site capacity and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning or Operations.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term supply plans balancing demand with materials, capacity and inventory.
• Identify supply risks and opportunities; develop scenarios and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Plant Scheduling, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
• Monitor supply planning KPIs and drive improvements in inventory positioning, service levels and capacity utilization.
• Support the monthly S&OP process and cross-functional decision making.
