As the EU Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for driving supply chain efficiency, procurement strategy, inventory management, and master planning across European operations. Working closely with the existing EU leader, directors, and the team in Montreal, you will ensure optimal sourcing, procurement execution, and inventory control to meet operational and customer demands. This is a hands-on role within a small, high-impact team. You will act as a player-coach, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. You will be directly involved in procurement, supplier negotiations, master planning, and inventory optimization while mentoring and guiding team members to drive operational excellence. You will play a critical role in aligning supply chain planning with business objectives, ensuring seamless procurement processes, improving supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory levels to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
