The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Cabin Supply Chain Manager to join our Procurement team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada)

Your role as Cabin Supply Chain Manager will be:

  • Manage a team of 6-7 people
  • Manage and understand the change management process with suppliers
  • Have a good knowledge of the manufacturing environment as well as the dynamic environment of supply chain management.
  • Work in concert with the Finance, Logistics, Methods and Production functions and must have leadership and influence skills in order to interact with senior supplier management
  • Prioritize resource allocation and team support to maximize overall program benefits
  • Conduct performance reviews and personal development plans with team members
  • Coach and train team members
  • Works in close collaboration with the various members of the MFT’s (multi-functional teams) in order to highlight the potential risks impacting the supply chain and thus ensure a sufficient level of stock to support a flawless execution of the FAL’s and PRE-FAL
  • Is responsible for protecting production lines (FAL’s + PRE-FAL) from the impacts of missing parts establishing innovative strategies with suppliers as well as with various internal stakeholders
  • Creates value by ensuring compliance with the various KPIs inherent in the supply chain in order to give a competitive advantage to the A220 by supporting the long-term vision of the ramp-up plan and thus securing market share

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Gestionnaire de l’approvisionnement Cabine pour rejoindre notre équipe Achat basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Votre rôle en tant que Gestionnaire de l’approvisionnement Cabine sera de:

  • Gérer une équipe de 6-7 personnes
  • Gérer et comprendre le processus de gestion des changements avec les fournisseurs
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance de l'environnement manufacturier ainsi que de l'environnement dynamique de la gestion d'une chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Travaillerde concert avec les fonctions Finance, Logistique, Méthodes et Production et devra posséder des capacités de leadership et d'influence afin d'interagir avec la haute direction des fournisseurs
  • Prioriser l’allocation des ressources et le support de l’équipe afin de maximiser les bénéfices globaux pour le programme
  • Effectuer les évaluations de la performance et les plans personnels de développement avec les membres de l'équipe
  • Coacher et former les membres de l'équipe
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents membres des MFT`s (multi-functional teams) afin de mettre en lumière les risques potentiels impactant la chaine d`approvisionnement et ainsi assurer un niveau de stock suffisant pour supporter l`exécution sans faille des FAL`s et PRE-FAL
  • Est responsable de protéger les lignes de productions (FAL`s + PRE-FAL) des impacts de pièces manquantes établissant des stratégies novatrices avec les fournisseurs ainsi qu`avec les différents intervenants internes
  • Crée de la valeur en s`assurant du respect des différents ICP`s inhérents à la chaine d`approvisionnement afin de donner un avantage compétitif pour l`A220 en supportant la vision à long terme du plan de montée en cadence et ainsi sécuriser les parts de marchés
