Primary Purpose

This role involves working closely with Argano’s Managed Services clients, providing troubleshooting, analysis, solution assessment, and advising on meeting their goals. The Senior Consultant, Client Care, also acts as a project manager, conducting client meetings, triaging issues, resource planning, and maintaining clear communication.

Critical Qualifications And Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, in implementation or managed services roles, performing functional analysis, troubleshooting, and solution guidance.
• Knowledge of Warehouse and Production management and related business processes.
• Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330 post Feb 2024, or MB-330 plus MB-300 pre-Feb 2024).
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to work with virtual teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience estimating enhancement efforts, managing change approvals, and driving solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and capable of multitasking.

Desirable Qualifications And Experience

• Experience working in dynamic environments with limited guidance.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, Data Strategies, Integrations, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve support issues within SLAs, minimizing business disruptions.
• Review and follow-up on inbound cases.
• Track updates, communicate statuses, and escalate issues as needed.
• Document requirements, author FDDs, and record solutions in Azure DevOps/Client Care system.
• Provide training on solutions to clients and team members.
• Maintain documentation of support cases and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and lead client status calls.
• Assist in project delivery, including environment management and code deployment oversight.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, process design, resource planning, and reporting.
• Stay updated on D365 F&SC updates, patches, and features, recommending system improvements.
• Mentor team members and work flexible shifts as needed.
