Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Supply Chain Network Deployment team in Canada. This role focuses on coordinating projects to optimize the distribution network, including warehouse automation and the Flow Pick-to-Zero initiative.

You will provide analytical and project management support, collaborating with warehouse, replenishment, transportation and merchandising teams to deliver results and drive efficiencies across the network.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or Supply Chain Management is required.
• 1–3 years of analytical/engineering or project coordination experience in retail or supply chain.
• Curious mindset with ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Strong analytical skills to turn analytics requests into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Excel and database querying (SQL/Access/SAS) experience preferred.
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel off-site, including weekends/overnight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of supply chain network initiatives, including network transitions and warehouse automation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the company’s supply chain network across cross-functional teams.
• Support the Flow Pick-to-Zero roadmap and respond to inquiries from warehouse, replenishment, transportation, and merchandising teams.
• Analyze warehouse, transportation or replenishment data to answer network-related questions.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to improve store service, labour productivity, inventory, and transportation efficiency.
• Create presentations for supply chain management up to VP level.
