Job summary

Corrpro Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supplier performance. The role focuses on optimizing costs, mitigating risk, and driving sustainable growth in a technology-enabled corrosion protection business.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, and operational experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for contracts, inventory, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationship activities.
• Establish and maintain procurement governance, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee competitive sourcing processes including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality, service, cost effectiveness, and business continuity.
