Job summary

Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Operations to manage and analyze contract data, build data elements, and create reports to support compliance and decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years in a supply chain analytics role, with strong Excel skills and experience in contract administration; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or another field relevant to the duties performed, required.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information.
• Specific experience in contract administration, contract data management, or master data management, is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Project Management and/or Lean certification(s) an asset.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contract data elements across systems.
• Identify trends and exceptions in large datasets to support decisions.
• Create reports to support operational and compliance requirements.
• Prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
