What You'll Do
As the Senior Strategy Manager, you will report to the Manager of Channel Strategy, bringing high organizational skills, curiosity, and problem-solving talents. You'll gracefully manage multiple tasks to enhance efficiency and alignment within our sales teams. You'll lead transformational change, working collaboratively with our marketing, product, sales, and operations partners to bring ideas to life. You’ll also nurture the end-to-end strategy and execution of new initiatives within our sales compensation portfolio. Your ability to embrace the bigger picture while focusing on key details is essential for effective strategy delivery.

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
Salary Range: $102,000-$154,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
