Emergency Health Services Division, Emergency Health Program Management and Delivery Branch
Lead Strategy That Supports Critical Emergency Health Services
Behind every emergency response is a system that must be ready when it matters most. We're looking for a strategic and innovative leader to help guide the future of Ontario's emergency health and ambulance communications services.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to develop long-term strategies, advance transformational initiatives, and align ministry priorities with government objectives. If you're passionate about improving public services and making a lasting impact, this role offers an opportunity to help strengthen services that millions of Ontarians rely on every day.
Behind every effective emergency service is a team working to keep priorities aligned, decisions informed, and critical initiatives moving forward. We're looking for a strategic and highly organized professional to help support the delivery of Ontario's emergency health and ambulance communications services within a complex and fast-paced operational environment, making a real and visible impact on the first responders and communications professionals who serve Ontarians every day.
Working at the centre of a large branch, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to coordinate priorities, advance strategic initiatives, and support the development of key products that inform decision-making. From business cases and briefing materials to presentations, projects, and transformational initiatives, you'll help ensure critical work is moving forward effectively and aligned with organizational objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with directors, managers, and subject matter experts while helping to drive continuous improvement and organizational change. You'll coordinate complex workstreams, monitor deliverables, identify risks and challenges, and support the successful implementation of initiatives that strengthen services relied on by communities across Ontario.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy managing competing priorities, and are passionate about turning strategic objectives into action, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside leaders who are shaping the future of emergency health services.
