Job summary

The Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Scheduling Specialist at Brightwater Special Care Home in Regina. This full-time role focuses on creating and maintaining staff schedules within collective bargaining rules and coordinating with managers to ensure proper coverage.

You will provide functional guidance to Scheduling Department staff and work to optimize staffing in a collaborative Regina-based setting.

Qualifications

  • Scheduling experience with collective agreements (18+ months).
  • Experience creating and maintaining staff schedules.
  • Ability to work independently in a unionized environment.

  • Replaces staff as required and supports scheduling operations.
